As the video above shows, at the push of a button, and under 10 minutes, the mobile homes unfold. To close the unit all you need is a hand-held battery-powered drill.
Prices for these versatile units start at $167,000.
The Ten Fold Engineering shows a range clever ways you could use the techology including; housing, pop-up shop, first aid buildings, off-the-grid cabins, and stackable modules which can connect together to make a multi-level build.
